Tony and Chris, the two founders of Proclamation Goods, noticed just how saturated the cookware market had become with an abundance of options that all felt clunky, overdone, and impractical. Plus, much of the language around what kind of materials made for the best cooking surface felt misleading (hello, non-toxic and non-stick!). Combining two backgrounds in expert product design and a love for creating in the kitchen, the pair set to work crafting a cookware set that was safe, versatile, and effective at the job! From there, the Proclamation Duo was born!

Proudly not non-stick, they never employ coatings and you'll never find PTFE, also known as Teflon, on Proclamation products. Not only is the process of applying these non-stick films detrimental to the environment, but they also pose a health risk when in contact with food and air. Over time, coated surfaces get scratched or chipped and their end of life is inevitably the dreaded landfill.
